Fresh caught fish gives delicious and flavorful taste broth.This low-fat broth has the flavors of ginger , lemongrass and the sweetness of tomato.

Very simple and easy to prepare the fish broth. Place the water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add ginger, onion, and ripe tomato.  Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.Then Add the fish and simmer for 5 minutes again. Season with salt or patis  and pepper. Add lemongrass and leeks, labanos, siling haba and malunggay. Then continue cooking until done.

Serve hot. With Hot Basmati Rice. Enjoy your meal. This dish is good to serve in lunch or dinner.
