My way of preparing FRIDGE CAKE is made from slice milk bread , I prefer to use slice bread than any crackers just because it easily absorbs the mixed cream and the result is very moist frozen cake. For nutty texture add more chopped nuts like cashew and almond.
Arrange the slice bread in the container into 3 layers , First layer add file pineapple slice or any fruits you want, Pour mixed milk and butter cream , Second layer add chopped cashew nuts and strawberry cream. The last top layer is mix fruits and nuts .Spread well the cream to make sure all the pieces are covered and press the top down gently. Cool and then chill for at least an hour until set.
For the butter cream- mixed condensed milk, powder sugar, cream cheese , and unsalted buter. And for Strawberry Cream mix it also with powder sugar.
To serve, stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then remove from container and slice. Decorate it with some nuts and fruits.
