Sauteed Mushrooms in a Butter and Olive Oil

One of the benefits of using butter & oil is that it brings out the flavor, but you can do that in other ways too.

The other ways of cooking mushrooms:

Sautee Mushrooms with onions in any type of cooking oil 3-4 minutes before tossing mushrooms in. Add salt and desired spices. Grilled mushrooms  with a little olive oil,  so yummy. Season them as you like. Steak mushrooms also good.  You can fill mushrooms with your favorite cheese also then bake them as appetizers.
